Public Law Litigation Attorney

Seeking mid-level (5-10 year) public law litigator. Duties will include working closely with public agency clients, reviewing and drafting contracts in all areas, handling daily municipal law questions, assisting with drafting council meeting agendas and opinion memoranda. Attorney will work in a fast paced, but exciting environment. Must have excellent research and writing skills, organizational skills, communication skills and knowledge of Brown Act.

Prior experience in employment and civil rights matters a plus.

The Salary for this position will range between $125k-$150k. Salary and benefits commensurate with level of experience and demonstrated accomplishments.
