Litigation Associate

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality services in rapidly evolving areas of law.
  • Embrace strategic decision-making required in litigation.
  • Develop litigation strategies for complex scenarios.
  • Present nuanced constitutional arguments clearly and persuasively.
  • Manage complex cases and oversee electronic discovery.
  • Engage in law and motion practice in state and federal courts, including dispositive motions.
  • Prepare for trials, including evidence development, witness interviews, and taking/defending depositions.
  • Apply knowledge of eminent domain or real estate/real property (preferred but not required).
Requirements:
  • 36 years of experience.
  • Extensive experience in case management and electronic discovery.
  • Proficiency in state and federal court procedures.
