Our client, a prominent AmLaw 200 firm, is seeking a talented junior Associate Attorney to join their Business Litigation Practice in Los Angeles. This is an exciting opportunity for an early-career litigator to work on complex, high-exposure business litigation matters with a collaborative and dynamic team.

Candidate Profile

• JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record
• Active Bar Admission in California, in good standing
• 1+ years of substantive litigation experience
• Proven legal research, writing, and analytical capabilities
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with a demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and independently
• Highly motivated and driven, with a strong commitment to exceptional client service and effective teamwork

Key Responsibilities

• Support high-stakes business litigation matters across industries
• Contribute to discovery, including taking and defending depositions
• Draft and argue motions and briefs in state and federal courts
• Participate in trial preparation, hearings, and courtroom proceedings
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and litigation teams to develop case strategies
• Communicate effectively with clients, co-counsel, and internal teams

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive Salary:
  Expected annual salary range of $180,000-$215,000, as determined by experience and market factors
• Eligibility for profit-sharing and a discretionary bonus
