Qualifications
- 3-5 years preferred; open to candidates with up to 10 years of experience
- Must have recent defense-side experience
- Complex single-plaintiff matters involving discrimination, harassment, and retaliation
- General counseling
- Opportunity to work with public entities: schools, universities, cities, nonprofits (95% public entity defense)
- Seeking someone collaborative, reliable, and defense-oriented
- Strong writing skills, good judgment, and ability to manage their own caseload (motions, depos, trial prep)
- Training provided on billing practices
- Close mentorship and support from a senior employment attorney (Ash)
- Encouraged to develop business
- Salary: $150K $200K depending on experience
- Bonus:
Additional compensation for business development/originations when settled
- Benefits: PPO health insurance, dental, vision, 401(k) with profit sharing and discretionary match details to be provided
