About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled Litigation Attorney with 0-3+ years of experience to join our Employment practice. In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to work alongside highly accomplished attorneys on a diverse range of complex employment litigation cases, including depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and trial preparation. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated attorney to grow their legal expertise while contributing to the success of a well-respected firm.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and represent clients in employment litigation cases, from pre-trial to post-trial.
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other legal documents.
- Participate in depositions, mediations, and arbitrations.
- Collaborate closely with senior attorneys to prepare for trials.
- Provide clients with clear, strategic advice on employment law matters.
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
- Active membership in the California State Bar.
- 0-3+ years of experience in employment litigation or relevant legal experience.
- Exceptional legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment.
- Salary
: $105K to $150K, commensurate with experience.
