This role offers an exciting path to develop deep expertise in warranty-related litigation. You will work exclusively on a collaborative team, gaining invaluable courtroom experience, honing your skills in motion practice, depositions, and mediations. While prior warranty experience is not a prerequisite, your strong advocacy, legal research, writing, and negotiation skills will be essential to your success. Key Responsibilities:

Representing automobile manufacturers, distributors, and dealers in warranty-related matters.

Engaging in trial and arbitration preparation.

Gaining and applying courtroom experience.

Conducting and responding to motion practice.

Participating in depositions (taking and defending).

Involvement in mediations.

Performing robust legal research.

Drafting high-quality legal documents.

What We're Looking For:

We are seeking a candidate who demonstrates:

Experience Level: Experienced Litigation Associate with a minimum of two years of experience.

Bar Membership: Must be a member of the California Bar.

Litigation Acumen: Proven experience in trial and arbitration preparation and courtroom experience, including motion practice, depositions, and mediations.

$150,000 to $165,000 plus bonus.
