The base salary for associate positions is $210,000 - $280,000, depending upon class year.

- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of entertainment-related agreements, including talent, production, licensing, and development agreements.
- Negotiate deal terms for the acquisition of intellectual property and the engagement of writers, directors, producers, actors, comedians, animators, podcasters, broadcasters, and influencers.
- Provide strategic analysis of entertainment, intellectual property, and contract issues.
- Advise clients in connection with intellectual property issues and the customary parameters of deal terms in the film, television, and digital industries.
- Interface directly with clients, agents, managers, and business affairs executives.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Ability to manage and organize a heavy volume of time-sensitive matters and multiple clients in a fast-paced environment, working with the Entertainment Group and other attorneys throughout the Firm, with exceptional attention to detail, pragmatism, and judgment.
- Ability to work collaboratively and also independently depending on the assignments.
- Strong critical thinking and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Strong drafting and negotiation skills.
- Interest in attending client and entertainment industry-related events.
- 1 - 3 years of law firm and/or in‑house legal experience post‑law school required.
- Membership in the California Bar.
