Overview

Experienced Family Law Attorney

• Providing administrative support to one team
• Creating, formatting, proofreading, and editing legal documents
• Coordinating new client matter request packets
• Facilitating conflict search processes
• Preparing retainer letters
• Transcribing dictation (such as letters, pleadings, and discovery)
• Communicating on behalf of attorneys
• Tracking and coordinating new client/matter information
• Arranging continuance of court hearings with the court and opposing counsel
• Maintaining and monitoring attorney calendars

• Experience working with legal technology, including Office 365, Document Management Systems, and court filing computer systems
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with listed tools:
  Net Docs, Share File, Coyote Analytics, ALN, Office 365, Kofax
