Our Client is seeking a highly skilled Employment Associate with a minimum of four years of employment law experience to join their dynamic California and national employment law practice. This is an exceptional opportunity to work on sophisticated employment matters within a respected firm known for its strong client service culture.
Job description:The ideal candidate will have substantial employment litigation experience and a deep understanding of federal and California employment laws and regulations
. Experience handling class action and PAGA matters is preferred but not required. The role will focus primarily on employment litigation
, including both complex class and representative actions as well as single-plaintiff cases.
Our Client is especially interested in attorneys coming from large, established defense firms or boutique firms managing sophisticated employment defense work.
Qualifications:- Minimum four years of experience in employment litigation
- Strong command of federal and California employment laws
- Class action and PAGA experience preferred
- Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities
- Must be a member or pending member of the California State Bar
Compensation and Benefits
- Annual salary range: $255,000 – $330,000 (based on experience, education, and other job-related factors)
