Job Duties
Provides legal counsel and advice to the corporation and its subsidiaries. Ensures their effective operation in accordance with federal, state and local laws. Performs other duties as assigned.
Minimum EducationJuris Doctorate degree from an ABA accredited law school and admission to the bar.
Minimum ExperienceTwo (2) years experience and demonstrated competency relevant to area of legal specialization. Superior academic record.
Knowledge,Skills and Abilities
Excellent research and writing skills. Strong negotiation, human relations and communication skills.
Preferred QualificationsThis role supports in‑house Litigation and other legal teams with eDiscovery. Requires expertise in eDiscovery rules, case law, ESI protocols, protective orders and discovery motions. Must have experience with platforms like Relativity, technology-assisted review, AI-assisted discovery, and knowledge of information governance, records management, and retention schedules. Experienced in legal holds, including internal policies and processes.

Actual pay is determined by several job-related factors permitted by law and relevant to the position, including, but not limited to, experience relative to the job, tenure, market level, pay at the location, performance, schedule, and work assignment.
PayUS: $7,094.23/mo – $15,607.31/mo (Staff Attorney I) US: $10,589.64/mo – $24,003/mo (Sr Attorney)
Additional DetailsThe preferred location is Memphis, TN or Pittsburgh, PA. Please note that the wide compensation range is due to the multi‑level aspect of the posting (Staff Attorney – Sr Attorney). The offer level will be based on years of experience.
