The position allows working with the firm's talented Labor and Employment group Group. It offers a significant amount of responsibility and opportunities for growth and advancement.

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

• 5+ years experience in Labor & Employment matters
• Organizing case loads and trial prep
• Draft discovery and discovery responses
• Solid written and oral communication skills
• Great time management and multi-tasking skills
• Ability to e-file both federal and state
• Ability to act independently with minimal supervision
• Paralegal certificate or bachelor's degree preferred
