Attorney​/Lawyer

Description We are looking for an experienced Attorney/Lawyer to join our team in Los Angeles, California. This is a long-term contract position offering a dynamic opportunity to contribute to the growth and development of our construction division services. The role involves strategic outreach, client relationship management, and procedural advising, with occasional travel required.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement strategies to expand services through partnerships with law firms and industry professionals.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, representing the organization at industry events and meetings.

- Oversee daily case management activities, including fee collection and accurate data tracking.

- Provide guidance to arbitrators on procedural and administrative matters.

- Recruit, evaluate, and maintain a panel of professionals with relevant experience.

- Ensure all operations comply with confidentiality requirements and industry standards.

- Travel periodically, approximately 15% of the time, to support client and organizational needs. Requirements - Possess a bachelor's degree in business, legal studies, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.

- Have 3-5 years of experience in business development, ideally within legal or arbitration services.

- Demonstrate a strong legal background, whether as a lawyer or paralegal.

- Exhibit excellent communication, analytical, and client relationship skills.

- Be proficient in Microsoft Office and case management systems.

- Willingness to travel occasionally for business purposes.
