The Role Supply Chain Analyst
We are seeking a Supply Chain Analyst with hands‑on expertise in Net Suite to oversee and optimize all inbound logistics and supply chain activities. This position is responsible for analyzing inbound logistics performance, identifying cost‑saving opportunities, and driving process improvements across procurement, transportation, and warehousing. The Analyst will work cross‑functionally with suppliers, procurement, logistics partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods in alignment with business goals.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor and analyze inbound supply chain performance – track lead times, PO status, shipment status, transit performance, and on‑time shipment and delivery metrics.
- Maintain KPIs and dashboards for performance, on‑time delivery, and inbound logistics costs.
- Support special projects focused on supply chain visibility, digital transformation, or sustainability initiatives.
- Identify process and system improvement opportunities within Net Suite to optimize inbound workflows, reduce costs, improve accuracy, and increase efficiency.
- Collaborate with suppliers, logistics providers, and internal teams (e.g., sourcing, warehouse, production) to ensure efficient flow of materials.
- Optimize transportation and freight operations, including carrier selection, routing, and consolidation opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Analyze supply chain data using Net Suite and other tools to forecast demand, identify bottlenecks, and improve operational efficiencies & visibility.
- Prepare regular reports and present insights to senior management on inbound supply chain trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in inbound supply chain management, preferably in a manufacturing or logistics environment.
- Strong expertise in Net Suite ERP with experience in procurement, inventory, and order management modules.
- Solid understanding of logistics, freight forwarder management, and supplier relationship management.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities; advanced proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Experience with other ERP systems or supply chain software (e.g., Flexport).
- Solid understanding of international logistics, incoterms, customs processes, and freight management.
- Knowledge of Lean or Six Sigma methodologies.
- Certification in supply chain or logistics (e.g., APICS, CSCP).
- At FIGS, your base salary is one part of your total compensation package. This role's base salary range is between $52,500 and $75,000. Actual base salary is determined based on a number of factors, including but not limited to your relevant skills, qualifications, and years of experience.
