Base Pay Range
$60,000.00/yr - $80,000.00/yr

Responsibilities- Manage U.S. import lifecycle (CBP clearance, HS code compliance, duty optimization) and oversee 3PL warehouse operations.
- Resolve port delays, cargo holds, and customs disputes; negotiate FTA duty savings and FOB/DDP terms with carriers.
- Cross‑Functional
Collaboration:
Work closely with Sales to align order timelines, and customer communication strategies, ensuring client satisfaction and smooth operations. - Manage multiple priorities including customer inquiries, order changes, product returns, and shortage resolution.
- Bachelor degree or above in Logistics, Finance, Supply Chain, or related fields.
- 3-5+ years of logistics expertise, particularly in U.S. import operations.
- Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table) and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and problem‑solving ability.
- Fluent English&Chinese in written/verbal (required for international logistics reconciliation).
