Los Angeles, CA (local candidates only)

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Eight or more years of experience working in thefood manufacturing industry.
• Knowledge of the supply chain practices and processes, including sourcing, procurement, and contract preparation
• Strong analytical, decision-making, negotiation, interpersonal, and customer service skills

• Manage and optimize end-to-end supply chain operations
• Oversee procurement, production planning, inventory control, logistics, and vendor management to ensure efficiency, cost effectiveness, and on-time delivery
• Develop supply chain procurement strategy and business requirements, including managing food, beverage, packaging, and supply categories, ensuring quality and optimal food cost for multiple brands
• Identify, evaluate, and recommend domestic and global sources of supply; issue
  
  RFPs;negotiation with vendors/suppliers
• Oversee annual ingredient cost budget and period forecast projections within assigned areas of responsibility.
