B.S./M.S./Ph.D. in life sciences or technical field; 8+ years in pharmaceutical manufacturing or supply chain management, with experience in regulated environments, project management, and cross-functional leadership.
Preferred- cold-chain biotech supply chain expertise
- Lean/Six Sigma knowledge
- advanced planning software
- AI/digital tools familiarity
- risk management
- international trade experience
- focus on biologics
- ophthalmic drugs
- post-approval commercial scale-up
- GxP compliance
- global logistics
- cross-functional collaboration with Quality, Operations, and Regulatory teams
remote (US-based) with occasional travel to manufacturing sites.
