Location:
Greater Los Angeles Area Compensation: $125,000 - $165,000 + BonusA rapidly growing private aerospace and defense company is seeking a Senior Procurement Manager to support a major facility expansion and lead strategic indirect procurement initiatives. Key Responsibilities Lead strategic sourcing across indirect spend categories, including CAPEX, facilities, IT, services, construction, and corporate spend
Manage supplier negotiations, contracts, and cost savings initiatives
Lead a team of 6-10 procurement professionals
Partner with stakeholders across Operations, Finance, HR, IT, and Supply Chain Support procurement activities tied to a major site expansion and future growth plans
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred)10+ years of procurement experience5+ years of procurement people leadership experienceERP experience required (SAP preferred)
Candidates should have purchasing experience in at least three (3) of the following categories:
Capital equipment and manufacturing machinery
Facilities and building services
Construction projects and lease agreements
Software, IT infrastructure, and technology services
Corporate travel and event management
Temporary labor and employee benefits
Other indirect procurement categories with spend exceeding $50,000
