Position SummaryCES Program Manager leads UBH’s Crisis Housing program for families referred through the Coordinated Entry System (CES). This role oversees daily operations, staff supervision, and compliance to ensure a safe, trauma‑informed, and housing‑focused environment.
Responsibilities- Manage daily operations, including family intake, placement, and exit processes.
- Supervise and support case managers, housing navigators, and residential staff.
- Directly oversee the Residential Supervisor to ensure 24/7 coverage, safety, and trauma‑informed care.
- Recruit, hire, train, and onboard staff to maintain strong program performance.
- Monitor and manage program budget, staffing, and operations.
- Ensure compliance with CES, LAHSA, and other funder requirements.
- Facilitate case conferences and strengthen CES partnerships to increase permanent housing placements.
- Oversee HMIS data quality, maintain program records, and prepare reports.
- Build and sustain community partnerships to expand housing opportunities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Human Services, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 3–5 years of experience in homeless services, housing, or family programs.
- 2+ years of supervisory or program management experience.
- Skilled in staff recruitment, hiring, and performance management.
- Familiarity with CES, LAHSA, and DMH housing systems.
- Strong leadership, communication, and crisis management skills.
- Budget management experience preferred.
