Description
As a Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the Real Estate | Planning, Design, and Construction team completes projects on time and on budget for the UCLA Health System. Your role will focus on overseeing design and construction project management within the Hospitals and Medical Office Buildings throughout Los Angeles County. Primary duties include:
- Manage multiple construction projects within UCLA Health System community clinics.
- Oversee all phases of project planning, construction, and renovation in both occupied and unoccupied medical facilities.
- Ensure building systems and construction work comply with required standards and codes.
- Develop and manage project budgets, work scopes, and schedules.
- Address project delays or disruptions and ensure timely completion within guidelines.
- Coordinate multi-craft estimates and technical building systems involving specialized medical equipment.
- Use sound judgment in planning and problem-solving to ensure safety in healthcare settings.
- Administer and manage all technical and administrative aspects of construction projects.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (Joint Commission, HCAI, NFPA, California Building Codes).
- Maintain strong communication and collaboration with project teams, including General Services, IT, and clinical personnel.

The full annual salary range for this position is $95,400.00 - $. Please note – the department’s target pay range is $ - $.
