Job Title: Workers' Compensation Case Manager
Location: Mid-City, Los Angeles, CA (Fully Onsite)
Pay Rate: $32-$35/hr (DOE)
We are looking for a skilled Workers' Compensation Case Manager to join a reputable law firm in Mid-City, LA. This role is ideal for a bilingual professional with at least 1 year of workers' compensation experience who is organized, detail‑oriented, and committed to providing excellent client support.
Key Responsibilities- Manage 150-200 workers' compensation cases, handling documentation, deadlines, and communication
- Serve as the primary contact for clients, medical providers, and attorneys
- Schedule medical appointments and ensure clients receive entitled benefits
- Review and maintain medical records, evaluations, and evidence for hearings
- Prepare case files, summaries, and exhibits for hearings and trials
- Document case updates in the firm's case management system
- Support attorneys with case strategy and follow‑ups
- Minimum 1 year of Workers' Compensation case management experience required
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) Required
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills
- Knowledge of Workers' Compensation laws and claims procedures
- Proficient in MS Office and case management software
