Case Manager- Workers Compensation

Job Title: Workers' Compensation Case Manager
Location: Mid-City, Los Angeles, CA (Fully Onsite)
Pay Rate: $32-$35/hr (DOE)

We are looking for a skilled Workers' Compensation Case Manager to join a reputable law firm in Mid-City, LA. This role is ideal for a bilingual professional with at least 1 year of workers' compensation experience who is organized, detail‑oriented, and committed to providing excellent client support.

• Manage 150-200 workers' compensation cases, handling documentation, deadlines, and communication
• Serve as the primary contact for clients, medical providers, and attorneys
• Schedule medical appointments and ensure clients receive entitled benefits
• Review and maintain medical records, evaluations, and evidence for hearings
• Prepare case files, summaries, and exhibits for hearings and trials
• Document case updates in the firm's case management system
• Support attorneys with case strategy and follow‑ups

• Minimum 1 year of Workers' Compensation case management experience required
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) Required
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills
• Knowledge of Workers' Compensation laws and claims procedures
• Proficient in MS Office and case management software
