- Conformfinalcontractdocuments
- Preparerequiredreportsand contractual correspondence
- Attendvariousmeetings,includingpre ‐ bidproposalandpost ‐ bidproposaldebriefings
- AssistinresolvingproblemsanddisagreementsbetweencontractorsandLAWA
- Reviewcontractorinvoicesforcontractualcompliance
- Conductcloseoutactionsuponcontractcompletionsuchasfinalaudit,payment,etc.underthe directionofLAWApersonnel
- Prepare Change Documents , Task Orders and Change Orders
- Leadthedevelopmentandmaintenanceofanyperiodic(daily,weekly,monthly) status reports tokeepmanagementand/orownerinformedofchangeprogress
- Ensurethatchangesproperlyencumbercontractualcapacityandbudget
- Coordinate with
ADPschedulingtoascertaintimeimpactsofchangesunderconsiderationand propertydocuments - Assistwithimplementationoftrendandchangesupportprograms
- Contributetotheadvancementof
ADP’sgoalsthroughcommitmenttoproductivecollaboration withallstakeholders
- ABachelor’sdegreein engineering or business related field, as well as training in procurement, contract, construction and commercial law
- Minimumof
10yearsofrelevantexperience in administration of commercial/government contracts - Musthavea self ‐ starterattitudewithproactive,results ‐ orientedfocus;andwillingandcapable toassumeadditionalresponsibilities
- Experience with project management software preferred
- Experienceinalternativeprojectdeliverymethodsincluding Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) and Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) and Design Build preferred
- Experience supporting Multiple Award Task Order Contracts
- Microsoft Office Suite
- Large ‐ scaleconstructionmanagementtypesoftwaresuchas
PM Web,Primaveraetc. - Demonstratedsuccessonthejob,asevidencedbysatisfactoryperformance,acceptanceofresponsibilityandgrowthinpreviouspositions
- Provenaccuracy,reliabilityandcompletenessinjobaccomplishment
- Effectiveoralandwrittencommunicationskills
- Mustbeabletointerfacewitha varietyofpeoplewithdifferenttechnicallevelsandeducational backgrounds
The salary range for this position is $100,000 - $130,000. The offered salary will be based on the applicants qualifications, education, experience and work location.
