Overview

Position title contributes to AIDS Healthcare Foundation (AHF) by leveraging experience, skills, and understanding of the Ryan White Care Act Program within a specific service area. The role focuses on bringing the Ryan White Care Act safety net to uninsured HIV/AIDS patients, and supports client care, health outcomes, and client satisfaction through quality management activities.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the CQM committees, staff, and funders to develop, implement, and monitor quality improvement (QI) plans.
  • Measure performance and align with Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program (RWHAP) Parts in the service area.
  • Utilize and interpret data for clinical quality management; coordinate with the AHF IT Department to ensure data validity and maintain internal reports.
  • Submit periodic reports to funders and participate in local and national quality improvement collaboratives as requested.
  • Champion consumer involvement by amplifying the voices of people with lived experience through surveys, client advisory boards, and focus groups.
  • Act as an advocate for AHF’s top initiatives and ensure alignment with AHF Core Values and Mission in daily activities.
  • Collaborate within a collaborative organizational structure and work as part of a close-knit team with healthcare providers and ancillary staff to support Ryan White contract deliverables and HAB measures.
Qualifications / Requirements
  • Experience with Ryan White Care Act Program and related service area activities.
  • Ability to work with data, clinical quality management, and reporting for funders and stakeholders.
  • Strong collaboration skills with internal IT, clinical teams, funders, and external partners.
