Legal Operations Manager
Salary Range: $70,000 – $85,000 (DOE) + Performance Bonus (up to 15%) + Full Benefits + 401(k)

The RoleWe are hiring a productive and enthusiastic Legal Operations Manager who will partner with senior trial attorneys and the owner to raise firm-wide efficiency and consistency. Your influence, persistence, and ability to earn trust from litigators and paralegals will help the firm hit higher levels of performance. The ideal candidate should have prior experience, potentially as an office manager in a smaller office with the desire to play a bigger game.
PrimaryResponsibilities
- Design, document, and support the team on clear SOPs, checklists, and workflows.
- Own the client feedback loop (NPS surveys, review monitoring, resolution of issues, etc.) and coordinate with the legal teams to assist them in providing improved service.
- Assist with increasing billables overall and client satisfaction while coordinating and helping teams toward higher levels of productivity and quality.
- The right candidate will responsibly track all their time and projects and be able to present their progress and impact to the leadership team.
- 4–8+ years in law firm operations or administration (civil litigation experience strongly preferred).
- Proven ability to create SOPs and training programs that attorneys actually adopt.
- Proficiency with Clio Manage, Lawmatics, Google Workspace, and Excel/Sheets for reporting and dashboards.
- Excellent two-way communication skills with demonstrated composure under pressure.
- A track record of building trust without formal authority.
- Bilingual English/Spanish is strongly preferred.
- Base Salary: $70,000 – $85,000 (commensurate with experience).
- Performance Bonus:
