Were seeking a proven hunter who thrives on building new business and driving growth. As an Account Executive, you'll develop relationships with companies across multiple industries, leveraging strong MSAs already in place and taking a blended approach to doing business. This is a high-visibility role within a team of 20, offering a strong foundation and the chance to make an immediate impact.
Please note that you MUST have sales and recruiting experience in a recruiting agency setting to be considered for this position.
Responsibilities:
Hunt for new business while expanding relationships with existing accounts.
- Focus on key industries where were growing media & entertainment (top priority), government, aerospace & defense, state & local education, and tech/media/telecom (TMT).
- Manage a territory covering everything north of Long Beach up to San Luis Obispo.
- Collaborate with recruiting and delivery teams to fulfill client needs while ensuring smooth processes.
- Develop vertical strategies by industry and use a blended approach (direct business, partnerships, existing MSAs) to maximize opportunities.
- Track and deliver on KPIs consistently accountability and performance are critical in this role.
- A hunter mentality: Youv'e done it before and know how to open doors, create opportunities, and close deals.
- Experience building accounts within structured MSAs.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills across multiple industries and decision-making levels.
- Ability to balance short-term wins with long-term growth strategies by vertical.
- Driven, metrics-oriented, and motivated by both personal and team success.
- Were in growth mode and investing in top talent to scale.
- A team of 20 supports collaboration, mentorship, and shared success.
- Strong MSAs and a blended go-to-market strategy provide a head start to success.
- Competitive base salary + uncapped commission with significant earning potential.
