. The Cleanroom Maintenance Supervisor ensures a high level of service to Vestis customers through opening and closing the building and ensuring the facility is functional. Primary responsibility is performing and/or overseeing maintenance on all Cleanroom machinery. Manage a staff of maintenance technicians. Utilize proper skilled techniques to assure the safe, efficient operation of all facility machinery. Responsible for the timeliness and accuracy of all necessary reports and paperwork.

• Maintain all equipment and all facilities.
• Schedule and manage sub-contractors and outside maintenance.
• Manage department employees including policy adherence, training, coaching and mentoring.
• Ensure appropriate staffing levels, conduct employee evaluations, maintain personnel records, and recommend hiring and disciplinary action as necessary.
• Maintain a preventive maintenance program in conjunction with quality assurance and maintenance staff.
• Plan and coordinate the daily activities of the department; adjust work assignments and workflow as necessary.
• Source and order supplies.
• Manage the safety compliance and security of the building.
• Consult with management, engineering, and quality assurance personnel to resolve maintenance problems and recommend measures to improve operations and conditions of machines and equipment.
• Perform other related duties as assigned or requested.

• Previous experience in a maintenance environment or related field preferred.
• One to two years of leadership experience preferred.

• High School Diploma.

• Able to push, pull, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Sit, stand, walk, and climb stairs 8-10 hrs in a day.
• Compensation:
  The salary rate that Vestis reasonably expects to pay for this position ranges from $60,900 to $91,200, depending on circumstances including an applicant’s skills and qualifications, certain degrees and certifications, prior job experience, market data, and other relevant factors. Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission.
