You will have the opportunity to mold the team’s understanding with both quantitative precision and insights gleaned from engaging stakeholders, ultimately developing insights ipad based on research. You’ll work collaboratively across the public, private, and philanthropic sectors, fueling inclusive growth and helping clients achieve their goals. - Support Project Manager/Senior Project Manager and Project Directors with structuring problems, developing analysis, and developing recommendations
- Lead research and complex analyses on key development-related topics
- Develop and deliver structured communication to clients
- Coach junior team members
- Contribute to developing our partnership with clients and peer organizations
- Actively contribute towards Dalberg’s firm‑building initiatives
- Oversee work streams independently
- Cultivate relationships with clients
- Provide leadership, mentoring, and manage junior team members
- 3/4+ years of professional experience, including 1+ years within advisory services,heds preferred
- Strong analytical abilities, both quantitative and qualitative
- Ability to present information in an insightful and mt structured manner, both written and oral
- Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team
- Sensitivity to the political and cultural environments of international public agencies or similar complex environments
- A passion for driving social impact and equity, typically evidenced by a strong interest in and/or prior exposure to global or local impact issues
- Experience living and working in different communities
- Demonstrated fluency with English speaking and writing skills
