There are five locations - New York, Atlanta, Chicago, Houston, and Los Angeles - with more on the way. Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Warehouse Manager to oversee our inventory, supply chain, and distribution operations in our Los Angeles location. This role is crucial to ensuring our products and materials are efficiently managed and ready to support our retail, e-commerce, and event experiences.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, and shipping.
• Oversee a team of warehouse staff, providing leadership, training, and scheduling.
• Coordinate with production and retail teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and products.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and cleanliness standards.
• Manage incoming and outgoing logistics, including vendor relationships and shipping carriers.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate reorders as needed.
• Assist with special projects and event preparation as required.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of warehouse management or logistics experience.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Experience with inventory management systems and shipping platforms.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate standard warehouse equipment.
• Passion for creative, sensory, and hands-on experiences is a plus!
