Recruitment Manager – EPC / Construction Recruitment
Talisman Advisory Partners is expanding, and we’re looking for a Team Leader to lead and scale our EPC & Construction search practice.
This is a senior, high-impact role for someone who knows the construction ecosystem, understands how top-tier talent drives project delivery, and thrives in a fast-growing, performance-driven recruitment environment.
What You’ll Do- Grow and own the EPC/Construction business unit
- Build and manage client relationships across developers, EPCs, contractors, and project sponsors
- Headhunt senior talent across construction, field leadership, project management, estimating, engineering, and operations
- Hire, train, and develop a team of recruiters as the practice scales
- Drive performance, implement processes, and build a best-in-class delivery function
- Shape the long-term strategy of one of Talisman’s fastest-growing verticals
- Proven success in agency recruitment or sales leadership, ideally within construction, infrastructure, energy, or industrial talent markets
- A builder’s mindset - someone who can scale a business unit from the ground up
- Strong client development skills and the ability to open new accounts
- Experience managing and coaching high-performance teams
- Commercially driven, resilient, and comfortable in a fast-paced growth environment
