** Director of Reporting & Pricing – Legal Industry Leadership Role

** Director of Reporting & Pricing**.

* What you’ll do:

*
* * Manage and mentor the pricing/reporting and client/timekeeper data teams.
* Conduct performance evaluations and approve timecards/PTO for your team.
* Oversee monthly, annual, and ad hoc financial reporting and analysis.
* Develop pricing proposals for RFPs while ensuring compliance with firm policies.
* Partner with leadership, practice groups, finance, business development, and data teams to ensure accurate and streamlined reporting.
* Lead matter budgets, client rates, and profitability analysis.
* Build and maintain SSRS and Power BI reports to deliver actionable insights.

* Qualifications:

*
* * 5+ years of experience in reporting, pricing, or financial analysis (legal industry preferred).
* 3+ years of managerial experience leading high-performing teams.
* Advanced technical skills in Aderant, Power BI, MS Excel, and SQL (Azure experience a plus).
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
* Proven ability to collaborate across departments and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
