• Performing primary work on products.
• Follow technical instructions, interpret engineering blueprints and technical terms.
• Keep an eye out for inconsistencies on the surface area or any potential safety issues.
• Must be able to do repetitive motions utilizing compound material on windows/winshields. Using hand motions and sanders.
• Follow company procedures and directives.
• Completing productivity reports, detailing the number of parts or products.
• Following health and safety rules to reduce the risk of workplace injury.

• High School Diploma / GED.
• 0-2 years of related experience.

• Must be a U.S. citizen.
• Follow verbal or written instructions.
• Must be able to use sanders.
• Able to lift loads up to including 50lbs.
• Good organization skills.
• Overtime Available.
• Must be able to pass a criminal background and drug test.
