Conversion Operator; Night Shift

Conversion Operator – Vernon, CA

Revolution is hiring for our Conversion Operator position with a shift of 10–12 hours, 4–5 days a week, and the potential for overtime. The role will prepare, operate, and maintain roll‑feed equipment while working closely with the Packer to ensure product quality and special requests are met.

• Read and understand job card call‑out specifications and confirm that the production card and product on the machine match and are ready to run.
• Operate a variety of equipment and vehicles, utilizing hand tools as required, and arrange for routine maintenance and repair of conversion equipment.
• Assist Packers and Production Assistants with packing bags, moving pallets, and unloading boxes.
• Communicate effectively with Packers and Production Assistants regarding changes or flagging of rolls.
• Perform routine safety checks on the machine and report any unsafe conditions to the Supervisor and Maintenance.
• Monitor the daily operation of the machine and ensure that the product is effectively produced.
• Thread film through rollers on the conversion machine.

• At least 1–2 years of running machinery experience.
• High School diploma or equivalent GED.
• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication) for accurate record‑keeping.
• Strong reading and writing skills.
• Ability to stand for 8–12 hours.

California Pay Transparency Base Range $17.50 – $18.00 per hour + Overtime + Shift Differential + Benefits + PTO.
