Works within the Controls area to assemble products per specs, drawings and work instructions.

• Works assembling connectors per blueprints and verifies process.
• Setup and run wire marking machines per blueprints and verify quality.
• Positions parts to be assembled by following blueprints and Standard Work Instructions.
• Works at station as member of assembly group assembling one or more specific parts to meet production requirements.
• Positions parts in specific opening and screws or bolts them in place.
• Solders/Welds parts by following schematic, blueprint, and Standard Work Instructions to assemble final unit.
• Verifies correct assembly of final unit.
• Ability to test unit with related test fixture.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Supports any other areas as/if required.

• Previous experience in a manufacturing / Assembly role.
• Soldering / Welding.
• High School diploma or GED.
• Must be able to read blueprints and/or schematic reading.
• Finger dexterity.
• Hand‑eye coordination.
• Ability to verify function of unit per final blueprint.
• Effective communication skills in English with the ability to read, speak, and understand English.

$20.00 - $27.00 Per hour
