Mason Controls is seeking a Temporary Assembly Operator III to join our Controls team. This role is an hourly, non‑exempt position that supports the assembly of control devices and systems for aerospace and defense markets.

$20.00/hr – $27.00/hr

Works within the Controls area to assemble products per specs, drawings and work instructions. The Assembly Operator is responsible for the accurate assembly and testing of final units, following blueprints, standard work instructions, and quality standards.

• Assemble connectors per blueprints and verify process quality.
• Set up and run wire marking machines per blueprints and verify quality.
• Position parts to be assembled by following blueprints and standard work instructions.
• Work at station as a member of an assembly group assembling one or more specific parts to meet production requirements.
• Position parts in specific openings and attach screws or bolts in place.
• Solder, weld, or otherwise assemble parts by following schematics, blueprints, and standard work instructions to assemble the final unit.
• Verify correct assembly of the final unit.
• Test units with related test fixture as needed.
• Support any other areas as required, including occasional assistance with other assembly tasks.

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or assembly role.
• Experience soldering and welding.
• High School diploma or GED.
• Ability to read blueprints and schematic schematics.
• Finger dexterity and hand‑eye coordination.
• Effective communication skills in English for reading, speaking, and understanding English.

Physical requirements include regular standing, walking, sitting, stooping, kneeling, lifting, pulling, pushing, grasping, reaching, and climbing. The work environment is well‑lighted and temperature‑controlled.

$20.00 – $27.00 Per Hour

Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
