Machine Operator

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Machine Operators for a project located in Sun Valley, CA
. This is a first shift opportunity and the pay range is $35-$40/hour based on experience and skill level. If you are a Machine Operator and want to work alongside other proven craftsmen who emphasize safety, productivity and superior craftsmanship, this is your chance to advance your career!

Job Scope:

• Train & support production operator
• Direct set up & adjust casting machines & robot systems
• Direct Mold changes & adjustments
• Establish optimum process parameters for new products
• Detect and troubleshoot problems
• Conduct in-process mold changes & setup
• Material handling
• Perform minor die repairs
• Polishing, grinding & maintenance

Requirements:

• Must have 3+ years experience in aluminum die casting operations or a related field
• Knowledge of robot programming & setup preferred
• Must have experience with mold and die maintenance, polishing and grinder tools
