• Set up, run, and optimize CNC mills and/or lathes
• Edit and optimize G-code at the machine and through CAD/CAM
• Work with Fanuc, Fadal, and Yasnac controls
• Interpret blueprints, GD&T, and travelers
• Select tooling, fixtures, and machining strategies
• Perform first-article & in-process inspections
• Hold tight tolerances on aerospace and precision parts
• Troubleshoot issues and improve cycle times
• Build or modify fixtures when needed
• Support workflow and mentor junior machinists
• Machine Stainless, Inconel, Titanium, Aluminum, and Plastics
• 5–10+ years CNC Machining experience (Level III)
• Strong setup, program editing & optimization skills
• Solid G-code, offsets, cutter comp, and troubleshooting
• Experience with aerospace or tight-tolerance machining
