Hgen is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Engineer to own the planning and execution of the electrolyzer stack, balance of plant, and tooling. You will collaborate with design engineers to enable scalable, high-quality production in a fast-paced startup environment.
You will lead cross-functional efforts across design, supply chain, and production, writing work instructions, optimizing tooling, and ensuring safety and reliability as we decarbonize energy systems.
