Requirements:
Bachelor's in science or engineering; 6+ years of manufacturing or industrial engineering experience;
Six Sigma Green Belt; 5+ years in lean deployment and coaching, preferably in biotech/pharma. High-Value: experience in biopharma manufacturing, process industry knowledge, GMP compliance, and statistical analysis are advantageous.
The position is on-site in Los Angeles, requiring extended hours, lifting up to 10 lbs, and working in controlled environments with PPE, including clean rooms and temperature-sensitive areas.
