Machina Labs is seeking a Weld Fitter to precisely fit, align, and tack weld complex metal assemblies for aerospace and defense production. You will work with GTAW, laser, and robotic welding, reading engineering drawings and tolerances to ensure high-quality results.
The ideal candidate reads prints, sets up fixtures, and maintains tight fit-up tolerances while following weld procedures. ITAR/EAR compliance and a strong hands-on skill set are required.
