Greenbar Distillery, a California-based craft spirits producer, is seeking an Assistant Spirits maker to support production across infusion, fermentation, distillation, re-distillation, bottling, and related lab tasks.
Reporting to the Production Director, you will assist with quality control, inventory management, and maintenance while adhering to safety rules. The role is 4x10 schedule, pays $23–$27/hr DOE, with PTO, health and life insurance benefits.
