We are seeking an experienced Cold Header Operator to set up and operate automatic cold header machines used to form and cut coil stock in the production of precision products. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain high-quality output standards.
Key Responsibilities- Set up and operate automatic cold header machines
- Form and cut off coil stock for precision production
- Make machine adjustments to reduce stock size
- Adjust cold header machines with multiple tools and multiple transfer fingers
- Utilize cut-off tools and multiple dies effectively
