- Manage and grow our footprint within the creator ecosystem
- Source and onboard Creators to support the delivery of campaigns
- Serve as an owner of inventory/supply for the Rembrand marketplace, with a strong pulse on the future needs of our campaign pipeline and proactively source Creators to meet growing campaign/demand needs
- Build creator inventory partnerships, training creators on how to best set themselves up for success
- Oversee inventory management to help forecast and optimize marketplace revenue
- Assist with responding to RFPs and audience briefs as needed from the sales organization
- Oversee and direct live campaign product insertion, working with the engineering team to determine and QA appropriate placements for products and disclosures that have the highest impact and fit natively within a given video
- Make on-the-fly decisions related to the most impactful product insertions for live campaigns
- Ensure that campaigns are running smoothly and being turned around at or below the Rembrand SLA and with high-quality
- Provide on-the-ground feedback from Creators to help shape the product so that it better serves our customers
- Be an early-stage, foundational team member who will contribute towards building a great company
- 5-7+ years of experience in business development, account management, or talent management, with direct experience managing Creator relationships
- Has developed a strong network across the Creator industry
- Deep knowledge of the creator landscape, including familiarity with agencies, management companies, influencer marketers, podcast networks, social platforms, etc
- Proven track record of closing both new business and supporting existing Creators Demonstrated ability to think strategically, develop and execute on account plans and revenue goals
- Great communication skills, both internally and externally, written and verbal
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex work streams with internal and external stakeholders
- Effective time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
- Commitment to excellence: working with hustle, anticipating issues, and communicating with transparency and diplomacy
- Remarkably strategic, driven, and entrepreneurial - always one eye on the bigger picture, the next opportunity for us to expand our relationships
- Preferred experience and/or a good understanding of the brand sponsorship and/or digital media landscape
