Senior Talent Manager/Creator Partnerships/Head of Talent Management

Location: LA/ remote in U.S.

As our continuing expansion on Instagram business, we are looking for a Senior Talent Manager/Creator Partnerships/Head of Talent Management to lead our creator acquisition and relationship management efforts. This role is critical to scaling our creator pool, ensuring we continue to attract, onboard, and nurture top creators while building long-term partnerships. You will be the primary owner of our creator pipeline, from strategy to execution.

• Proactively identify and pursue new talents.
• Foster strong relationships and serve as the main point of contact for ongoing talent management.
• Conduct audits of influencer social media profiles to assess relevance, authenticity, and alignment with brand values.
• Develop and implement outreach initiatives to expand the agency’s network and market presence.
• Provide strategic insights to enhance talent representation and campaign effectiveness.

• 5+ years of experience in talent management, influencer marketing, or a related field.
• Deep understanding of social media platforms, influencer analytics, and marketing trends.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
• Creative problem-solving skills and a results-driven mindset.
