Marketing Manager, Marketing Communications

- Lead and manage U.S. trade marketing initiatives, drive, formulate, and implement trade and integrated marketing campaigns.
Oversee project management of all trade campaigns, including the development of marketing communications materials.
Identify new opportunities and build long-term relationships with trade partners.
Proactively engage key trade partners to develop focused and targeted campaigns.
Promote Hong Kong’s inclusion in multi-destination itineraries through strategic collaboration with trade partners.
Provide support and education to the travel trade through sales calls, training programs, and seminars.
Deliver timely and accurate reports, along with market intelligence and trend analysis, as required.
Collaborate closely with the Marketing and Public Relations teams to ensure integrated campaign deliverables are met.
Maintain close coordination with internal departments to achieve KPIs.
Ensure full compliance with company policies and procedures when executing campaigns.
Oversee the trade marketing budget, monitor expenditures against allocations, and ensure effective utilization to meet objectives and KPIs.
Represent the organisation at industry functions and events, projecting a positive image of Hong Kong and the organisation.
Undertake any other duties or special assignments as directed by the Director.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?- University graduate or equivalent.
A minimum of 10 years’ travel trade experience; preferably 5 years in a managerial role.
A strategic thinker, creative marketer and highly effective negotiator.
Strong project management and organizational skills with attention to detail.
Excellent and effective communications skills.
A resourceful, proactive and people-oriented self-motivator, highly effective team player.
Willingness to travel.
Knowledge of Chinese is beneficial.
LOCATION:The position is located in our Los Angeles Office.
