THE POSITION

As a Retail Marketing Coordinator
, you will play a pivotal role in driving brand visibility, client acquisition, and community engagement across the U.S. retail landscape. Reporting to the Head of Brand Marketing & Communications, you will take a lead role in shaping and delivering retail marketing initiatives, acting as a brand ambassador within the U.S. market. You will represent the brand at events, partner directly with retail leadership, and foster strong relationships with local marketing teams, stylists, and external partners.

This role requires a proactive and strategic mindset, strong interpersonal skills, and the confidence to represent the brand externally, while ensuring that all initiatives are delivered with precision and aligned to global standards.

KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Retail Marketing
  • Lead the execution of the U.S. retail marketing calendar, ensuring alignment with global brand priorities and regional business needs.
  • Partner directly with the Head of U.S. Retail and local retail teams to develop and deliver marketing strategies for key regions, including New York, Florida, and California.
  • Own the planning and execution of marketing initiatives for new store openings, ensuring impactful launch moments that drive visibility and traffic.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key external partners, including retail management, resorts, and local community stakeholders, to create collaborative opportunities that strengthen brand presence and drive customer acquisition.
  • Oversee the production and delivery of marketing collateral and assets, ensuring all materials reflect brand standards and are delivered on time.
  • Act as a brand ambassador within the retail environment, representing the brand at regional store openings, client activations, and partner meetings.
Stylists & Personal Shoppers
  • Act as the senior point of contact for the celebrity stylist and personal shopper community, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring seamless coordination of sample pulls and requests.
  • Oversee the management of sample inventory within the Beverly Hills boutique, balancing brand exposure with product care.
  • Coordinate gifting shipments, returns, and write-offs, ensuring all processes follow brand guidelines.
  • Provide leadership on local PR agency coordination as required, ensuring stylist and media opportunities are maximised.
  • Deliver reporting and insights on stylist relationships, celebrity placements, and new opportunities to strengthen brand positioning.
Events & Community Marketing
  • Take a lead role in planning, hosting, and representing the brand at boutique events, client experiences, and community activations.
  • Act as a visible brand ambassador at events, engaging with clients, partners, and press to embody and communicate brand values.
  • Partner with vendors, collaborators, and local marketing teams to ensure flawless event delivery that enhances client engagement.
  • Share post-event insights and reporting to measure impact and refine future activations.
Marketing Administration
  • Oversee the retail marketing tracker and critical path, ensuring all projects are delivered on time and to specification.
  • Manage project budgets, including raising purchase orders, liaising with suppliers, and reconciling spend in line with approvals.
  • Ensure marketing projects are accurately tracked in Asana for visibility across global teams.
  • Maintain internal platforms and resources to ensure retail teams are equipped with up-to-date marketing information.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
  • Proven experience in luxury or fashion retail marketing, with exposure to both strategy and execution.
  • Strong organisational and project management skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Confident communicator with experience representing a brand at events and in front of senior stakeholders.
