VIP Account Executive

A leading full-service public relations agency is seeking a highly organized, motivated, and dynamic VIP Account Executive to join its Los Angeles team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment and has a strong understanding of celebrity, influencer, and VIP relations across fashion, beauty, wellness, and lifestyle categories.

• Manage VIP and celebrity outreach, securing consistent placements and partnerships.

• Lead gifting programs, coordinate sample loans, and maintain strong stylist and celebrity team relationships.

• Oversee and support multiple client accounts simultaneously, ensuring consistent communication and results.

• Collaborate with internal teams on editorial, influencer, and event initiatives.

• Track and report placement results, maintaining organized systems and contact databases.

• Contribute to ideation and execution of activations, mailers, and brand moments.

• Maintain awareness of industry trends, upcoming events, and key talent opportunities.

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in celebrity, influencer, or VIP relations within fashion, beauty, or lifestyle PR.

• Proven track record of managing high-level stylist and celebrity relationships.

• Strong understanding of gifting programs and red-carpet or event placements.

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of balancing multiple priorities.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Positive, proactive, and solutions-oriented mindset with a strong sense of initiative.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace; familiarity with tools such as Muck Rack, Launchmetrics (Fashion GPS), or influencer tracking platforms is a plus.
