Position: Influencer Marketing Coordinator / Specialist

2.7 August Apparel is looking for an Influencer Marketing Coordinator / Specialist to join our creative team and help bring our concepts to life.

Based in the heart of the LA Fashion District, we’re a fast-growing B2B apparel company behind popular brands like Endless Rose, English Factory, Grey Lab, and Free the Roses. Since 2011, we’ve built a reputation for delivering on-trend, high-quality fashion and we’re just getting started.

Role Overview

The Influencer Marketing Coordinator supports all aspects of influencer execution across brands, managing communication, logistics, and campaign tracking. This role blends administrative precision with creative support, ensuring each activation runs smoothly and aligns with brand standards.

What you will do
  • Assist with influencer sourcing, outreach, and gifting coordination.
  • Manage product shipments and sample tracking for collaborations.
  • Compile influencer and campaign performance reports.
  • Support the social team by providing influencer content assets for reposting and digital use.
  • Coordinate showroom influencer visits and trade show event attendance.
  • Maintain organized influencer lists, calendars, and databases.
  • Help manage communication and deliverables between influencers, marketing, and creative teams.
  • Capture and catalog influencer content for internal and external use (press decks, recaps, presentations).
What are we looking for
  • 1–3 years of influencer, social, or marketing coordination experience.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive communicator.
  • Interest in fashion trends, influencer relations, and brand marketing.

Portfolio relate with Women's clothing, Fashion and Retail experience is required.

Work Schedule:
