About the team

With the rapid expansion of Tik Tok Shop's business in the US market, the Marketing & Methodology team supports the platform’s e-commerce growth by building standardized marketing frameworks, data-driven methodologies, and scalable go-to-market best practices. The team bridges strategic methodology with marketing execution, enabling cross-functional teams to make consistent decisions, optimize resource allocation, and drive high-impact, sustainable growth across markets and categories.

• Develop and execute product marketing strategies related to creators, launching initiatives to drive creator growth for Tik Tok Shop.
• Analyze market trends and feedback from creator users to optimize product marketing strategies, enhancing creators' experience and satisfaction.
• Collaborate closely with the product team to ensure the smooth launch of campaigns and actively drive creator growth.
• Monitor and analyze data from product campaigns, conducting reviews to continuously optimize marketing methods and strategies.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Data Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in product strategy, product operations, or user growth.
• Familiarity with US marketing and user behavior analysis tools and methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong project management skills with the ability to work efficiently in a multitasking environment.
• Excellent communication skills and a strong team spirit, able to work smoothly with different teams.

【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (Annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $106,400 - $273,600 annually. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience, and location.

Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day-one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year, and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
