Calling all Santa Barbara students!
Formula Marketing, a San Diego-based digital marketing and public relations agency, is looking for motivated and creative students from UC Santa Barbara (UCSB), Santa Barbara City College (SBCC), and Westmont College to join our team for Fall 2026!
About the OpportunityGain hands-on experience working with real clients across hospitality, technology, lifestyle, and other industries. You'll collaborate with our marketing team and develop practical skills in a fast-paced agency environment.
What You'll Be Working On:- Social media management and content creation
- Digital marketing and paid advertising campaigns
- Influencer outreach and public relations
- SEO, blog writing, and website content
- Marketing research and trend analysis
- Brand strategy and creative campaigns
- Client projects and performance reporting
We're seeking students who are creative, organized, proactive, and eager to learn. Students studying Marketing, Communications, Business, PR, or related fields are encouraged to apply.
Previous marketing experience is a plus, but not required. Students seeking academic internship credit are preferred.
