Job Description:
- Collaborate with physicians and other professionals to plan care
- Make frequent visits to the patient to evaluate their condition
- Provide support and comfort according to individual patient’s needs
- Work with caregivers to plan and execute excellent patient care
- Assist in medication administration
- Alleviate sudden symptoms of the disease’s end phase
- Assist patients and their families with paperwork
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Excellent interpersonal and organization skills.
- Committed to safety precautions and high ethical standards
- Compassionate nature and patience.
- Must be able to analyze, review and judge different situations they face and take the right actions according to the situation.
- Emotional/mental stability and stamina
