• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to deliver flawless care to adults in evaluation or listed for liver transplant.
• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including medical history, physical examinations, and diagnostic test interpretations.
• Develop personalized treatment plans and effectively communicate them to patients and their families.
• Perform procedures such as liver biopsies, paracentesis, and ascitic fluid analysis.
• Monitor patients’ progress, adjust treatment plans as necessary, and ensure the highest level of patient satisfaction.
• Actively participate in clinical research and quality improvement initiatives to advance patient outcomes.
• Provide patient education on disease management, lifestyle modifications, and medication adherence.

• Master’s of Nursing Degree (MSN) required
• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program required

• Current State of California Nurse Practitioner and Furnishing License required
• National certification as an NP required.
• Current BLS certification
• DEA license required (schedule 2‑5)

• A minimum of 3 years of Nurse Practitioner experience required
• Experience in outpatient or chronic disease management is preferred
• Experience with liver failure patients desired
